All orders are carefully inspected before they are shipped. We offer a 10-day return policy. The return policy is valid for 10 days from the original purchase date. After the 10-day window from the original purchase date, we cannot offer you a refund.
All orders canceled before shipping will be refunded 100%. Orders canceled after shipping will fall under the 10-day return policy window. To be eligible for a return and/or exchange, items must be in the original packaging, unopened, unused and in the same condition in which it was received.

All shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning your item. If you are shipping an item over $50, we recommend getting a tracking number to ensure we have received the item.
Refunds will take up to 7-10 business to be credited to your account depending on your financial institution.
We reserved the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above.
